just happened to me while i was chillen....... went to the hospital. hopefully nothings wrong, i was gassed up...... would that cause a resting heart rate to enter into sinus tach?
-
that bundle branch block would not bother me that much it is that 148 bpm resting heart rate the would consern me

I look at BBB in EKG V1& V6 and Telemetry strips V1 &V2 for Axis deviation. LBBB is associated with L axis dev and RBBB is associated with R axis. Pls correct me if Im wrong.

"WHY" d ECG comes out like this?
-
I really didnt feel that this needed to continue for more then 15 seconds

The BBB is likely RBBB because the terminal portion (last 0.04 sec) of the QRS immediately before the J point is positive (upright). LBBB would produce a negative (downward) deflection in front of the J point. Excellent videos!!

@lungs111 You can only tell if it's right or left bundle branch block by looking at a 12 Lead (V1) and and looking at the QRS duration on the 12 lead. You can not determine if it's right or left by simply looking at a 2 Lead.

Mine was like 186 to 200. It was a shot of adrenaline and cortisol from a lousy PANIC ATTACK. Can you believe that adrenaline can do such a thing?? You don't see people jumping off of airplanes from 10,000 feet and their hearts going 180 or 200.....WTF???
