I did 260 x 4 Two times.
Then 275 x 3 And last one was 300lbs x 2

  • with the sumo deadlift your hardly getting any rom , but btw how old are you?

  • @Rotatez There's different types of deadlift stances. I use sumo for heavy weight ;)

  • arnt your feet ment to be close together when dead lifting
