Protestors struggle past police to gain entrance to the Wisconsin State Capitol in Madison, Wis. on Mar. 9, 2011. A conference committee and the State Senate had just approved non-monetary provisions of Gov. Scott Walker's budget repair bill that would strip public employees of their collective bargaining rights.
