My take on Saints fans being called Fair Weather Fans

Saints fans get a lot of crap about being fairweather fans after last year, but here's how i feel about it. This was filmed the week of the philly game which is why i'm discussing The eagles and saints. hope yall enjoy.

So here's what I say: don't listen to them stupid Eagles fans that are trying to hurt our morale by calling us fairweather fans. They just want to keep us from focusing on what's at hand here and that's that we're gonna kick their asses on Sunday even better than we did in the playoffs last year.

There's a bunch of fair-weather fans in Los Angeles. Especially since the Raiders and Rams left. Obviously if you're from New Orleans, you can't be a fair-weather Saints fan.

Amen, bra. There's no way Saints fans can EVER be called "fair weather fans". 20 years of losing seasons and we STILL couldn't stop loving 'em... granted we wore bags on our heads from the embarrassment, but hey... that's cuz we got great senses of humor and character down on da bayou. Now because we've finally been selling out the Dome when the team's good, they call us fairweather fans. That's bullshit.  The Saints have become like our heroes in the wake of Katrina and that's why there's so much more support for our team now. Hell, they sold out the Dome before the beginning of last season even before they went 10-6 so you really can't say that we started showing support because all of a sudden our team was good.

Whoever says we're fairweather fans is an idiot. The Saints over the years haven't always given us a whole lot to cheer about but we're still there cheering anyway. I've always been a hard core Saints fan even when they weren't winning. I know a lot of old timers who always talk about in all the years past how every year was expected to be the year that they'd come out of their rut only to be disappointed once again. But hey, they kept on cheering.
