In the forum yesterday did McCain take the part about the need for call to service of individuals after 9/11 happened from this speech?? It sounded so familiar.

Sure it sounds good, but its gonna cost a lot. With the U.S. in 9 Trillion dollars of debt we need to cut spending, not spend more.

How has no one in the media questioned Obama on his idea to have a Civilian force as large and well funded as the military? An additional $400 billion a year in spending should warrant some media coverage, more than how much he sweats in my opinion.

Good speech. Liked the idea about having domestic security forces as strong in their security mission as the military is in their war-fighting mission.

Jeeze, get your head out of the fantasy you're locked into. You don't know the future of Bama any more than he does. You sound like some sort of mindless Brownshirt. Wake up. Grow up. Face reality.

A lot of the pro-Bama comments read like an orchestrated effort by the Bama campaign.
Lots of those people really expect the world to change in the ways they all, individually, think it should.

Mercy, they're all fantacizing. Bama is the personification of all their individual hopes and dreams.

Anyway, they'll find out that the world will pretty much stay the same even if 'the savior' serves two terms in office.

There is no utopia to be achieved through Bama.
