I have puff pastry, i guess that should be ok... i'll try your recipe first, but maybe with smaller bits of potatoes and swede. If I get that right, I'll move on to lamb & mint and cheese & bacon! x

Those sound really good! I'll have to try to make some sometime. I am so bad at cleaning as I go when I cook. By the time I'm done the kitchen looks like a tornado went through it!

HI Jean - love the video. You have made me hungry just before bed!! It got me thinking of my grandmother who used to make pasties down in the west of Cornwall - she would layer them with minced/finely chopped onions at the bottom, then turnip finely sliced, then a potato that would cook down to almost mash like a king edward or somesuch then the meat - chuck or skirt if she was being strict - and plenty of seasoning. Delicious. Thank you again

you have to make them with minced meat sweed, potatos, and oinons. dicing the vegies up small. And for the flower, self risen and butter. mix together with half water and half milk. I will try the way you have made them thanks

They were, I need to make more. They freeze well and are good reheated in the microwave so they are great for lunches.
