way to fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­! i think you will find playing this song at the given tempo is alot harder even though it not as fast.

this is way too fast. The reverb in the hall makes him sound better than he is, not that I doubt he's got a lot of skill and talent, but reverb makes almost anything sound great. A lot of little things were left out of this performance, dynamics, articulation, intonation, and an overall feeling of enjoyment from this piece were missing. Again, not saying he's bad, but this doesn't sound like much work was put in, and he just wanted to finish it.

Very nice performance - very good technique for a 17year old.

Just a note - the title "badinage" means "playful banter". Perhaps more interaction, (almost a light-hearted duel) with the accompanist might help the interpretation.

Good, confident round tone - nice flexibility too. Articulation could be cleaner though, and greater use of dynamic change/ would help the style. Maybe the particularly live sound doesn't help? Tempo is a little fast, but it depends on the interpretation I guess.
