@christophleipzig This interpretation of Richter is the most effective, along with those of Maurizio Pollini and Wilhelm Kempff. Despite the sound and dug almost dry Sviatoslav Richter prefers, all the shadows, spells and virile and dramatic character of this work, emerged bursting with effectiveness. The second theme is presented by Richter with smooth sounds and suave lyricism, placid, almost like the second face of a medal!
