Admittedly I do not talk about myself so much today as my wife and our shocking findings about her total caloric consumption. Although she eats quite healthy food, it is quantity that has become her crutch. I want people to be aware that eating healthy is not only key but quantity does also play a role although you don't need to limit your green leafy produce. Also it is recommended that when trying to lose a significant amount of weight you should drink half your weight in ounces of water so if you weigh 280 you'd need 140 ounces of water per day.
