The Philippine poster with the writing "Pilipinas kong Mahal" is an illegal act then DAR Secretary Atienza attention was called on this matter since it was his office who approves this, it was a violation of RA 8491 or the Heraldic Code of the Philippines, proper was to respect and use the philippine flag.
