Four-year-old J'Len became the newest member of the Virgin Islands Police Department because of his wish to be a police officer like his father. Suited up and sworn in, he headed out in his very own (battery-operated) police car to protect the community by apprehending his first suspect -- "Terrible Tom." J'Len's wish was the sixth wish granted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of the U.S. Virgin Islands, but it was the first granted on St. Thomas.
