They say that highly processed nonfermented soy products are the ones to stay away from the most: soy milk, tofu, soy burgers, soy cheese, etc.

Tests prove that soy can be bad for you. It is a plant based hormone estrogen that can play with your own hormones, & if you are already having hormone issues or if you have family members that have them, then you are at even higher risk. Babies fed soy formula are said to have hormone issues at puberty. It is said to possibly lead to cancer. It is said that in lab rats they've seen future generations of rats becoming sterile. In France it has a warning label. I saw it on my local news.
