While visiting Bancroft, Ontario Canada you can take Mineral Collecting Tours sponsored by the Bancroft & District Chamber of Commerce. This video is a great example of one of the tours offered. Thanks for this video.

I plan on heading out to Bancroft next summer for some collecting.

I was not aware that there were organized trips showing you the sites.

This would have been useful to me earlier this year when I went to the area to find the Old Silver Crater Mine.

I eventually found it and collected some radioactive samples but it would have been a lot easier to find if I had been able to talk to an organizer.

I'll see you in Bancroft in the summer.
