Unfortunately you arn't familiar with Julian Simon's exhaustive study of resource availability. He demonstrates that resources are so abundant that they increase! & shift over time, as humanity learns how to discover and use them. As with Parkour, it is all about human creativity!
Pollution is only a problem where property rights are ignored, for the sake of Common Property.
It is BECAUSE I care about next generations, that I insist that free use of resources be encouraged.

@RnBramwell Well, about those resources... They exhausted their lands (and other people's lands) of pretty much everything, and polluted it like if there was no tomorrow in the "doing more" part... And I really don't see how that is a good thing. I'm actually quite ashamed of it... And you should be too, unless you are one of those egotistic persons that truly don't care about the next generations, or even the planet as a whole, as long as you are dead when it first realy go to hell with it.

@skitheloaf185 Hahahaha thats a knee slapper lol!

as i understand avalanches are a massive pot luck, theres 2 types sluff (surface snow breaking loose) and slab (where deep slabs of bonded snow slip off the mountain!) . the ones shown are usually just sluff slides which are not as dangerous as the slab ones. sluff is still dangerous due to pushing you into rocks trees etc but if you get caught in a slab then good luck is all i can say! ive seen vids of people walking away from massive avvys but then you see deadly ones that look hardly anything
-
@tacospartan getting buried is probably the biggest danger. everyone thinks snow is light but its more like wet concrete when you get under it. almost impossible to move. the other danger is being hit by debris in the slide itself or being run into trees or rocks as you move with the slide. what you see in this video is really more of a small slide than an actual avalanche.
-
wow... so what's the real danger of getting caught in an avalanche while skiing? that you get stuck and buried? if you fall down and have to slide with the avalanche?
isnt this the same guy who accidently went over a monster cliff and then was giving the record? I would not want to ski with him.. hes to much of a hazard.
