This is the Daisy Rock retro 12-string. I'm very happy with it. The neck is VERY comfortable and I have no trouble with even complex chords. My only complaint is that the neck pickup is much hotter than the bridge. If they were matched, I'd have no complaints at all. It stays in tune reasonably well and sounds great with songs like Pinball Wizard! The song is my first serious attempt at composing. Hope you enjoy it. I'd like very much to know what everyone thinks of it. Here are the lyrics:
Hello Rita,
Be nice to see ya
Without that grey blanket you've been under for so long.
The streets below
Have lost their glow.
No more lights attracting moths at night.
In Barretto
Flowers still bloom
Sweet nectar, the bouquet, or take a room.
Other blossoms
Here used to play
But their fates were seen so they went away.
Long ago we made them in our image.
To see them now is looking at our own past.
The faces, places, memories all the same age,
Can barely tell what's first or who's last.
Back in the day,
It was a world away,
But now it seems more like home all the time.
Long empty nights
In the past today.
It's a tiny Babylon in decline.
Sounds like The Shaggs with the singer of Canned Heat on vocal. So it's good. Good lyrics.
