yes it is a different angle of Vegas hoteling and there is a casino right downstairs. realize the lobby of the PH towers is connected to the Miracle Mile Shops which has a very nice casino. so essentially there is a casino right there in the lobby all that seperates it are about 20 temping retails shops including good drinks!
