So this is my first time micing the drums and syncing it up with video. I randomly chose a song by the 'Heed to test it all out with.
Yes, there are MORE THAN PLENTY of mistakes in the playing. Particularly at the start of each verse, etc. I've never practiced this song, I just know it from listening to it so much.
So overlook the mistakes and perhaps I'll upload a better version later!

  • I dig 3:31 :)

  • I go back to this video every once in a long while just to see how awesome it was covered. My first band back around 4 years ago made a band named chastidy and we covered this song. That's where i found this video.

But besides the point, you inspired me and my dad to get me a double bass pedal, which was 2 christmas's ago..

and Im on tour endorsing, having a blast drumming to genres of underoath.

    all thanks to you man.

    All thanks to you.

    This cover/video made me

  • great job and the set sounds good. for that odd-time snare/china roll i think its

    B B

    S S-C C - S S-C C

    *B=bass

    *S=snare

    *C=china

  • Believe it or not, it is actually better for your back to have the ride in the place of what is usually one of the mid-toms, according to Neil Peart.

  • im diggin the fan :) hahaha

  • i like the way you used your double peds in some parts...
