CHEVELLE - Jars, LIVE in Raleigh, NC! July 25, 2010 - Carnival of Madness

Chevelle is an American rock band from Illinois. Its members include Pete Loeffler (lead singer, lead guitarist), Sam Loeffler (drummer), and Dean Bernardini (bass guitar player, backing vocalist).

It was scorchingly hot in Raleigh on the day that I recorded this video, and yet the heat did not seem to faze Chevelle, who delivered an intensely energetic, riveting performance. I've been lucky enough to see a few of their shows and they brought their A-game each time. Bands that play as often as they do, and yet consistently deliver kick-ass performances, are few and far between. See them in concert, if you get the chance! Chevelle is one of the few bands who won't get too mainstream, they stay true to themselves and i have always loved Chevelle. They have such a different sound and no other band could compete :)
