Graffiti Free Zone 97209 Pearl District Portland Oregon

The Pearl District Livability Committee is a part of the Pearl District Neighborhood Assn. This committee has a group of hard workers known as the Graffiti Busters. Jan Valentine leads this group of commandos as they search and destroy various forms of urban blight. Top secret classified intelligence informs the group when and where their attention and action is needed. Check out one of the missions here.

I park in this area to walk to work each day and I have noticed a real difference over the last few weeks. The area is cleaned up and I really appreciate the change. My coworkers have commented that they feel the same way.
