Things for sure, Islam is not racist. God told us not to be a racist (Holy Qur'an).
He created people many nations and tribes so that they can know each other (Holy Qur'an), their culture.
Ishmael as is a prophet, so Ishak as (both sons of Abraham as.). And we muslim respect and honour both of them.
Ishmael as (descendants) vs Ishak as (descendants) is a misleading teachings from both side.
