In 1964, an MIT professor and his former student set out to create a company. Their vision was not motivated by the prospect of money or fame, but a result of their desire to create quality products through meticulous research. Dr. Amar Bose, founder of Bose Corporation, was that professor and Sherwin Greenblatt, his former student.

Mr. Greenblatt served as the president of Bose for 15 years, during which time the company grew to its current status as the world's biggest audio brand. I interviewed him earlier this year at MIT in a 9 part series.
