How are the designs : flowers, fishes, whorls etc included in the paperweight and at what stage ?

Mr. Alloway is gratious enough to show you SUPERB technique for crafting a perfectly round sphere. Everytime he fire polishes out the exterior, the black underlayer absorbs heat and trys to ovoid the sphere! Back to the heat. If he goes too hot too fast, the dichroic layer will dissipate. You obviously don't know shit. I dare you to make one as complex, in less time and post the picture here!!

This guy is doing what he loves, if I could spend all day doing what I loved and still only make one product I'd happier than when my ex left.
