  • how much should dumbbells weight for women?? :)

  • There is no standard size--whatever challenges you but still allows you to do the exercise in good form. Start with a lower weight and gradually work up.

  • I'm doing these exercises everyday now, hoping it'll help me to get rid of my flabby arms...

  • Glad to see these videos posted. Of course, one needn't use a stability ball. I have a set of dumbbells - 1, 2 and 3 kg pairs -- and do these same exercises either seated and bent over in a standard chair or standing. And we all know how to do pushups without a ball. :)

    Still, great to follow these workouts when I have little time for much else and no excuse to not do 8 minutes!

  • i dont hav the ball so what can i use 2 subsitute for the ball in each excercise?

  • man! i dont own a stability ball so i cant do 6 of the 7 excercises!!!is ther any replacement for a stabiliyty ball?
