At 08:09 Dershowitz says:" I´m not a litigious person". That´s laughable!

That´s one thing he earned his fame for! His litigation skills. What a straight-faced lawyer! Then he cuts off Finkelstein to defuse the truth-bomb Finlkelstein is saying. Dershowitz was able to turn around the Von Bulow´s case. That´s the lawyer one needs when caught red-handed and needs to make the jury believe in fairy-tales.
