The city of Prince George is seeing the Nechako & Frasers River overflow their banks. This is a small taste of that.

  • I was there last year(or was it a year before) when the roads where a bit flooded but I'd hate to be there now.

  • Well the area that got hit really bad last summer, namely the area down by Paddlewheeler Park, but this time Cottonwood Island Park and upstream are taking it really bad. The sad part is the city keeps flying in the experts wholook around and basically say its the same as the last time and there's nothing to do except wait till springtime. If there was ever a time for freakishly warm weather like we had three years ago, this is the time.

  • One year there was a young man on a bicycle that almost got caught in the current when he took his bike out around the trees there in Paddlewheel Park. The blue house always has to put sandbags around their house, I think, every year.

  • i live in p.g. and i didnt even know it got that bad...
