no. the jurassic park movie used a combination of robotics and CGI. The dino's you see in this clip are from a live show. They are infact partly inflatable puppets with a robot skeleton which gives them very natural movements.
The raptors are infact robotic suits, if you watch carefully you'll see the legs of the actor strapped to the inside of the raptor's legs. Very clever.

@RockleoneKyoyafan27 Why not make a small prehistoric insect (e.g. a dragonfly or a beetle or maybe some kind of sea-life - like the Pokemon "Kabuto"). Good luck with the fair!
