Think about Paul the apostle! He went around and killed the Christians, but God the merciful one saved him and forgave him. Lord have mercy upon us and help us to do the right thing. I know what your law says but your mercy Jesus is so great. You can use this man if he has truly repented like you used Paul.

this has nothing to do with Jesus forgiving him. the best way he can heal his nation is to turn himself in for all the atrocities he has committed in the past.

Either Jesus forgives all sin or he does not. Joshua is forgiven and a man now dedicating his life to bring healing to a torn and broken nation.
