- Damn, did a Double Sightout but failed to attack regardless. At least boss didn't auto-counter which could cause my Bonus Board to break.

- Dang, I was hoping to build up loli's Rush so I can do a Rush Combo... just a second too late.

Wow, LL. You pretty much owned this thing.

One thing I'm somewhat happy but still unhappy about is the amount of magic-users in this game from the very beginning compared to SO3. You start out with Fayt (close range), then get Cliff (Close-Mid Range), and then get your first actual somewhat long ranger, Nel, a few hours in. This one looks like you're pretty much the only short ranger. I don't complain about this, since getting people out of the way is good, but I would like SOME backup...

Actually it is more of long-range users than short-range users.

Only Edge, nekogirl, and that dude with the scythe are short range while the rest are pretty much long range users (whether its based on weapon or magic).

Yea it is a little disappointing but its not bad.

Well I found out something.

While this is considered a boss.. it isn't a major boss since this enemy will be a normal enemy later on to fight against.

This would be why this battle was pretty easy, although he can auto-counter blindside unless you do a double-blindside.

come on guys we have been playing rpg's for decades now, I am sure we ALL have come to expect bad voice acting as a part of them. The game is fun and you should not miss out on playing it just because some bad voice acting,.

Her voice is emotionless like that both in the Japanese and the Amercan versions. It's part of her character and is intended. I find her voice annoying in both japanese and english.

I don't mind the voice acting at all really. lol I like the voices! ^_^ I'd like them even more if they made Meracle say "nya" instead of "meow" but thats the only thing I'd change. XD

hit B, then slam the Trigger in less than 1 second right after you hit the B button... also beware that your Rush meter will gradually degen again after like 5 seconds idle, so that can hole you up. also, make sure your charachter is idle before running the rush combo, though you can activate rush mode while attacking, you cant activate rush combos while attacking
