Wow...oh wow, I miss your cooking. I wish my hubby cook like you...Mr. handyman!! by the way, I don't drink and never drinking while driving!

After you are done with my stand mixer you can make me some of this. And if you use my stand mixer to make one of your cooking shows I better get some sort of honorable mention! I hope you are washing your hands punk!!!

try soaking your skewers in a liquid (water) for a while before you use them.. and they shouldn't have any problems burning!

Thanks, I love it, but can not make it :)

no problem! I should probably redo it so it looks better. Its ironic you comment on my squid dish as I brought it in today to work [due to high demand] as my potluck item. The sauce is what carries the dish...its a straight up 10 and I recommend anyone to make the sauce even if they dont make the squid. It goes well with fried fish and grilled chicken. Thanks much!

Thank you so much! I am visiting relative here in the Philippines and have made it several times. They love it. So many people get turned off as soon as you say the word "squid" but as you know now the taste is mild and its the dipping sauce that carries the dish. Thanks for trying it!

Minh-ha...I am sure its your grill time. Try just a minute on each side for 1 piece. Here is the sauce as I am not clear in the video.
6 cloves garlic minced
2 T chili sauce
1 T cilantro chopped
1 T onion chopped
3 T fish sauce
3 T lime juice
1 T sugar
