i do gymnastics (and undertand what your doing) so im not one of those hater types, but you will never get better if you dont will through the pain :/ i know it sucks but practice makes perfect! And unfortunately, practice in gymnastics means pain:/

@xxxLOLLex You should warm up first! Never try to do the splits or any kind of exercise without warming up! Try doing jumping jacks or running! It will be alot easier on you when you try these stretches.

@xxxLOLLex Warm up before doing ANY kind of stretching! It hurts when u dont warm up and it's hard on you, Try jumping jacks, running, walking etc. It will help alot!
