At first I thought your table was near an open balcony and that there was a ship in back haha! Than I realized how wrong I was. I think it would be sweet to be on the fourth floor of a restaurant with no windows like a parking garage with an ocean side view. What absinthe was that? The color is interesting and I've never seen one in that tone. Ha a bit ghetto that they used a fork though! I hope you enjoyed it as much as I do!
