I 've had a similar experience

whatever happened in your childhood,It's NOT your fault,as a child cannot differ right from wrong,thus,doing many things that a person aware of those would not do.And if you find your experience something hard to deal with,try finding escape ways,such as releasing all your feelings by writing stories or songs,by music or even by drawing,which is what I do the most.Keeping those things in your subconscience might seem like a good option,but you'll have to get rid of it at a certain point.

fucking totally agreed, I'm used to wrote songs and drawing stuff, Is one of the best ways to release all the bad things from you, also talking with someone special, like a brother, father, mother or a good friend ;)
