  • Because we're just training grappling, not MMA. MMA is a complete different set of training rules.

  • mga amao

  • homoerotica?

  • @ozerith1 you need at least 1 hand around ribs centre line to stop him sitting up,the other on the hip to block hip movement when he inevitably opens guard

  • yeah thats also why he is pulling the guys head down

  • Thanks for the video

  • interesting, i've never heard about putting the hands on the rib cage when posturing in guard. i'll have to try it, thanks

  • If the guy on top has his hands on the hips is really easy to break the posture any of the tips you give would work.

Now, if he finds his support on the beginning of the ribs cage, not too high, none of this tips would work.

The guy on the guard may want to attack with an armbar, but on this distance is really easy to hide the elbows when he opens the guard and work a passing.

    Thanks for sharing.
