SMA4, World e-29 (Koopa's Airship: Part 1) [クッパのひこうせん ぜんぺん]

Here's the 2nd to last unreleased Japanese e-Reader level. Mario begins an ascent up a reverse-scrolling airship that is manned mid-way by Boom-Boom. This level uses all of the SMB3 enemies and airship theme in a very interesting way. I have a number of close calls, but it certainly makes things interesting.

How do you get to world e?

Pity that the e-reader was unpopular (wasn't this the reason) everywhere else but Japan. Everyone can't get these levels the way that was intended.

If only Nintendo made a Super Mario All Stars on a Wii Disc that would have all the e-reader levels (promos too) as a separate game in addition to the ones from the original All-Stars and other older Mario platformers.
