Its a very good camera, easy to use, but my computer was running really slow because of its software so.... i decided to take it back.
I recorded the KISS concert when they came to chicago on 9/30/10

I just got this Flip video ultra HD, because I`m going to a KISS concert in 2 weeks.
I agree, the zoom is weak. I`m going to be sitting in the middle section but further back, so I don`t know how well the zoom will help out.
The sound recording is pretty good though.......

How do you feel the sound quality is from a concert on the Flip UltraHD? I have 8th row seats to a concert and am worried it might be so loud that the sound quality will be horrible.

After using the Flip Ultra HD I opted to exchange it for the Flip Ultra non HD. I cannot really tell the difference between the two and the the battery pack no charging really started to bother me. After the exchange I was able to get the Flip Ultra and the Kodak Zi6, which I really like alot.
Zi6 video coming soon, the Zi6 is right now as of today on sale at Office Max for $99. It includes the cables bothe HD and AV, batteries and charger, and a carry case.

The zoom is its weakest feature, but I was able to get real good seats 4th row, so I was close. I really like this camera, it does a lot of things well, and is easy to carry around. I hope to get up some more video soon (this week, I hope). Ithought it captured all the lighting changes very well.

So after all that, the zoom is pretty week, not much range at all.
