This routine is based on 60 seconds/exercise and 10 seconds
rest 3 times each exercise for a total of 30 minutes.
* Keep and upright posture during the exercise, steping sideways planting the foot flat on the step alternating legs.
* Keep and upright posture during the exercise, stepping straight up planting the foot flat on the step alternating legs.
* Keep a horizontal posture during the push-ups, flexing the chest muscles and quickly get up and sprint upstairs, repeat this process till you reach 3 rounds of 60 seconds each exercise.
