  • where did you get your hydro cylinders ? and pump?? i know they can get spendy. is there a reasonably priced sorce for the parts?? ir so where? could u post or pm the site to me? no doubt its probably german made!. lol

  • Leimbach Modellbau of Germany, makers of many different sizes of cylinders & pumps.

For you in the USA, you'd have to buy from PMD (gardentrucking com), importers for Leimbach.

The above cylinder is long since discontinued.

  • its problely loaded to haevey their for requiring more presser making the sils strain an releasing pressuer or hdlic pump going down .

  • No. The seals are fine, there's no oil slobber on the telescope. If anything, the box when empty is too light!

When the endgate sticks shut and the box stays full, if I reverse the hyd pump, all four stages collapse in the proper order.

Perhaps to make the telescope function properly when retracting would be to add a pound or two of weight to the nose of the box so there's some downward force there.

Doesn't really matter though, it goes up & down fine the way it is.

  • how much can the hydraulic telescopic arm can lift?

  • Don't know. Depends on the bypass pressure setting of the pump.

Box full of dirt, +30lbs, I'm guessing, it lifts one end of it no problem.

  • I like the rear tires on the tractor and the trailer works great. Almost turned over like a real rock bucket. 5 stars

  • how i have this

  • hey

it may be commpressing air on the final stages, (due to your twin pump set).

The solution to that is to completely fill the ram with oil when extended. I am not very good at rc's but i have seen it on A 20ton tipper before.

or it is that it Is being loaded too heavy. this seems unlikely but on the 3 final stages the pumps/rams seem to strain and this is due to it requireing more pressuer to tip.

you can test the final one by loading soley on the back end of the trailer.
