Its Great to see this video with Dr Maz Harris,between the Kent and the bash the 81,s had a show in Brixton South London in the early 80,s Maz was out side when me and some of my mates pulled up out side he come over and spoke to us very nice guy to chat to,meet him again a few years latter at box hill,he came straight over again he'd recognized us from out side the show,It was very sad to hear of his passing RIP Dr Maz.

studies have shown that the HAMC [and presumably most other MC's] have the same proportion / % of criminals to non criminal members as the rest of society [including the police]

and criminal or not as a whole the occasional criminal activities that occur [ or are detected] might be criminal or even organised crime

they are not 'terrorist'

of course it does depend on how you define 'criminal' or 'terrorist'
