Hey dude thanks, and i don't know the piano part on the guitar, but i do know a simplified version of the actual guitar part, i had to figure it out cause we played it for a show one time. The guitar part is pretty simple. It mostly follows the left hand, except during the verse a little.

that was good but what are the notes for the right hand for the chorus?

The right hand for the chorus is G#, C#, D#, G#, and then the high G# one octive up, G#, C#, D#, high G#, F, D#, C#. It flows once you get the hang of it. Enjoy!
