  • I don' think I would forgive mazda if they cut it from the line up. Thumbs up if you agree.

  • @DualofChaos

No way, the Mus. and Cam. are totally different from the Mazda. The RX-8 is in a class of its own.

  • @Powersproductions130 it already has a 13b..

  • I'd love to get one of these and put a 13b in it. It's a MUCH better engine.

  • 0-60 in 6.6 seconds? They lightened the car and it's .6 slower? I don't think so. Get a new driver. My '04 GT which weighs more can get 0-60 in at least 5.8- 6 seconds and I've done the quarter mile myself well within 14.3-14.6 seconds.

  • @AndroidJdm EVERYONE NEEDS TO STOP COMPARING RX7 VS RX8.

    2 seater vs 4 seater, n/a vs twinFI, 30k(now) vs 32k(in 93).

The rx8 is aimed at the family orientated person that loves driving, loves the rotary, but also needs a car to take the family/kids in. The FD RX7 was made to compete with Porsche and the rx8 was made to compete with every day life driving. Stop worrying about straightline speed, becuz no rx has ever been built with drag racing in mind. | fastcar S fastdriver

  • this car is a piece fo crap.never will there be a car like the fdrx7

  • the 2003-2011 Mazda RX-8 is assembled in

    Hiroshima, Japan

    Pretoria, South Africa

  • The car needs a lightweight aluminium or magnesium block V6. Even naturally aspirated, you could get 300hp and a lot more torque out of that with ease and still be fuel efficient. That would get you in the 0-60 range of low 5 seconds and still be lightweight and a great handing car....plus open up an aftermarket for forced induction as well for more fun.

  • i think the next mazda rx car should go back to where the rx7 left off

the rx8 is good but not as good as the rx7 is/was

  • 16 street and 22 highway on premium...my 95' Lexus does 3 times worse than that on premium and i don't suffer from money shortages, and i drive it everyday! Please not every car now a day has to get a 80 miles to the gallon to be considered good...if that's all they have to complain about is gas consumption and oil usage then this car is pretty good! Plus a Golf GTI is around the same price and personally ill go for the Mazda any day!

  • o please they mustve had a terrible driver... i know for a fact my rx8 does a 1/4 mile in 14.4 and 0-60 in 5.9.. and its a stock GT, not even the R3..
