(41): Car Cam: The Curious Case of Being Continuously Cut Off

- The white car: A case study
- 3 car collision, Greenhill Road
- Orange bike & shorts!

Conditions: Quite warm, middle 30's (Celsius)

What: Driving Diary (12 month experimental project)

Where: South Australia

Why: To record 12 months of my life driving, and in the process reflect on my own driving behaviour and to possibly highlight how other ppl's behaviours can impact negatively on us. Accidents can be so easily avoided.

Sound: I only keep one CD in the car and change that weekly, so there will be some repetition. GPS also makes a few sounds and audible directions.

This is for educational (not punitive) purposes, it is my belief that citizens shouldn't police other citizens.

yeah the laser driver was behaving dangerously - I hate to think what else happened on the rest of his journey, and how many other ppl he tried to cut in front of.

Interestingly though, I see the giant ant off and on and he/she always makes me smile (and I've even been tempted to wave back - but I'm not going to admit I have actually done that) - but you know, I've never been tempted to actually want to use the company...

just shows how most people cant really drive, including the idiots having a 3 car collision. in turn pissing people like me off. I would whiz by all of those slow ass honda civic bucket driving vaginas on wheels.

i think i may do a week long diary like urs soon. being a P plater i seem too attract alot of tailgating when im doin the speed and sometimes even above the speed just too avoid a rear ending should something cause me too break suddenly. its funny though, i never get tailgated when im driving my dads huge 4wd lol

lol - I'm sure that wouldn't be the case and I'm trying so hard to not make ppl identifiable - in this 'white car case study' it's a car that is not really uncommon, so it could be anyone. On that note, I think Adelaide must have more white coloured cars than any other place on the planet :)
