  • Look up the Planning and Zoning department at your local courthouse. I'm almost certain the cops will shut you down. Especially if you do it around a public road. There are so many regulations on Signs, they might call it a sign.

  • Grab your phone book, in the front should be a blue page of government numbers, call planning and zoning.
