Flight testing with autorotation and quick stop in an Ultrasport 496T. After that it was all fun and instructing Marios, that apart from engineering he also has good piloting skills. The video is of course amateur video taken from the cockpit of a brand new Ultrasport 496 (cockpit panel will change) fitted with a solar T62-32 turbine engine in Taiwan.
Part of flight testing done on two helicopters in Taiwan.
The Ultrasport 496T (turbine) has collected more than 1500 hours flight time worldwide (Cyprus, Taiwan, New Zealand, Thailand, Germany, South Africa, Italy) under a variety of setups and test pilots with great results and proved to be not only reliable but also operationally great, not to mention it's very low acquisition and maintenance cost.
