  • Normally when there is no "year" on the bottle, it means that the champagne is made with "best" grapes taken over several years. This impacts the taste and does not bring out the special flavors of the year. Each year the grapes have different taste and such a special year is unique. Combining grapes will impact the flavors and destroy the uniqueness. In other words you can never replicate the flavors of a special year

  • $30 smacks for a bottle is ridiqulous. I buy Martini & Rossi and everyone seems to like it at a just 15 smacks abottle. I say go with your tast not with what cost the most like this guy says.
