I'm a russian girl, living in U.S. (shut up, starnautical, not going anywhere just gonna stay here to annoy you) and I consider both countries to be my home. Unfortunatlly there are some brainless people in both places that really piss me off. When I'm in Russia I don't let my friends say offensive things about U.S. When I'm in U.S. I don't wanna hear it about Russia. There are good and bad things about both countries in equal. I wish everybody would focus on the good instead of the bad.

Hahaha I laugh at you, because Europe and Asia are strictly the same continent Eurasia. Borders are mostly political, besides no one can adduce to have a "european culture" neither an "asian culture". Russians are eurasian just like yankees are americasn, as every people born in America (North, Central or South America)

@Deseo1990ru well you know what though, i hate even being placed in the same category as asians because it completely glosses over the culture and history of Russia. Russia is a 100% European country, from culturally, to historically, to linguistically, to ethnically, to anything else. she has some land in asia, but France has land in south america and africa, and does that make it african? i think not.

and the education argument could be applied, but i think on a bigger scale. where are u from?

@FranzFerdinand55 The funny thing is (well actually more sad than funny) that the further west you go, the worse education gets (which is why they think we're asian) so i think asian is not so bad, asians are smart, so i'd rather be called asian than european, they think waaaay too much of themselves. But i like people who say eastren Europe, even though my part of Russia is nowhere near Europe.

@Deseo1990ru i hear ya girl. its the same for me. but what kills me is that we are called "asian". i have nothing against asians, but RUSSIA and RUSSIANS are NOT asian. not anywhere close. even though this comes from the same people who consider turkey Europe (yes the same people who are notoriously bad with geography), this still pisses me off. if it wasnt for me standing up and defending our country, nothing would get anywhere.
