@bluepanther1011 IMO, us airways' gray livery is second only to united's battleship gray.
-
Not too many pilots can retire like Sully...surviving the Hudson and living to tell, then keeping at it until retirement? THAT'S grit! Hope you're still catching air, Sully! Congratulations!
-
@Adam31799 A320 pilots can fly an a/c in the A320 family.
-
idid not know that he flew an A321
-
@rev4life03 That's probably true. I just glanced at his wiki-page and it's unsure of which airline he started at, but speculates it may have been PSA (Catch our Smile).
-
@scaremengaviation He probably flew with the old "US Air" Colors before the name change.
-
@bluepanther1011 It would be angry? Haha. I'm pretty sure that when Sully began flying for US, the "old colors" were the current livery. So, it would really be more fitting that he ends his career in the aircraft it started in.

He retired on my birthday, AND he took off from an airport thats less than 20 minutes away from my house.
why the hell hadn't i known this 8 months and 23 days back. sigh... well i could only hope to be as successful as he was in this business.
A video of Sully's plane taking off?? With no annoying music in the background??
What's up with that??

It would be kinda funny/or sad/angery if his last flight was on an A320 New Colors. But noo it has to be an A321 with those ugly old colors.
