1-6 Okay. Let's end the mystery. This video is about distractions and how they lead us down all kinds of strange paths. The title is from a piece of music I composed some time back. (check some download sites...)

4-6 The footage grew from opportunity. It's not a comment on smoking or anything else. It's just a mundane image from everyday life. Now, the elevator sequence was shot in a building housing an organization called the Fort Wayne Dance Collective. Admittedly, the ride is something of a symbol of going into one's self-consciousness. What's there? Sometimes, images, symbols, things that we know are important but things we cannot always readily interpret.

5-6 The other aspect of this is that it's amazing that we pour so much energy into deconstructing, analyzing and debating (and being nasty to each other over) pieces that are just out there for entertainment but too often fail to put that much effort into examining our own lives. Just some notes, folks! Bottom line, it's really about my own efforts at introspection. Put it up because someone asked me to do so right after I discovered YouTube.

3-6 The title, too, is symbolic of a distraction—a word upon which people get so hung up, they miss what's really in front of them. As for the video, it evolved from experimenting with an $69 Aiptek camera. I had the opportunity to take a ride to Grand Rapids, Michigan, with someone a while back and filmed the person driving while they smoked a clove cigarette. I was watching the smoke. Nothing more.

neat video...but you can't blame people being fed up by videos with, annunaki, 2012 doomsday, and george bush monkey Antichrist theories..I think alot of people were quick to judge it because their is so much nonsense floating around..its just getting out of hand...deception effect somewhat relative to the bullshit on here..

actually its a really cool video in an artsy sort of way. seriously if you took some cinematography classes and get a little direction you could be kick ass. you have the talent, at least i think so. if people would look past this annunaki thing and just watch the video
