@sfservice75 Craniosacral Therapy can be incredibly beneficial to you, but not in the method presented in these videos. Look for a practitioner of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. It's much more gentle and MUCH more respectful to your system.
@retox I got cranialsacral therapy and my lower back stopped hurting for 2 mos. after a treatment. I also had an emotional release (totally unexpected and which I wasn't even aware I was holding) from past domestic abuse so BOCOHTA can bite it. Like male OB's claiming they are experts on childbirth. I don't care how much you study and how many books you read, unless you actually carry a baby and give birth yourself, you will never truly know what its like.
allthings509, what type of chronic pain do you have? my mother has suffered with fibromyaglia for over 20 years...she's depressed and lives in pain everyday. I dont know how to help her - she needs relief...CRT can actually help her??
Well my dear, speaking for someone who's lived with chronic pain for two decades and finally found CRT a therapy that gave me my life back and so far resolved 50% of the pain, enabled me to walk without pain and a therapy which I first thought was ridiculous but now I am sticking with because I am convinced now it will help me resolve the remaining problems I have. Do YOU, you arrogant scum, know what it is to live with constant pain? No, I dont think so!
y. It has not been been proven by scentific research. Should we say to all those milj. that benefit from acupuncture/ herb treatment/ qi gong that they better see docters who's methods have been approved by science?
The British Columbia Office of Health Technology Assessment (BCOHTA) concluded that the Craniosacral theory is invalid and that practitioners cannot reliably measure what they claim to be modifying. The 68-page report concludes that "there is insufficient evidence to recommend craniosacral therapy to patients, practitioners, or third party payers."

I have fibromyalgia and something like this would be really beneficial I think...laying on the floor might be a little bit painful though.
