Big on theory, very removed from the real world. When he worked for the company I am a customer of, I found him INCREDIBLY arrogant, condescending & just plain disconnected from the reality of what was going on at his company. He would spend his whole presentation preaching to us that we should implement x, y, z, totally oblivious that his company's product did not even offer those functions (which ironically was one of the major complaints we had in the first place!). Very aggravating person!

What an amazingly dull person. I've always wondered where he came from and why he thinks he's got some insight into libraries that the rest of us don't have ... and I'm still wondering after seeing this video.

This is true I had never thought that he looked like Max Headroom until you mentioned it.
