Chopin Minute Waltz- Blindfolded

I've been trying it out for quite awhile now and after at least twenty takes of this I managed to record a decent one haha. Playing piano blindfolded is not as hard as you think. The majority of the song is played by your hands. Sight is important too, but if one practices alot its not needed. Plus the Minute Waltz is mostly runs and scales so its not that hard to play blindfolded.

I can't understand the melody. And the music quality of your video cam nor the piano is so poor.

Yes sorry about that. I have limited equipment to film what I play, for I shot this with merely a digital camera, and I do agree that my piano does have to get tuned. I don't see how you can't understand the melody further into the piece though; its quite clear to me.

Thanks alot :) Learning the piece was easy. Playing the speed is a lot more difficult. So it took me about a month to memorize, and a few weeks extra to work it up to speed.

Can you do a tutorial for that piece? I want to learn that piece so badly. Please. Since you've mastered it blindfolded i believe you can do a tutorial for it.
